Swiss “Miss”

There must be a way to prevent the marshmallows included in hot chocolate packets from being dissolved upon the addition of hot (not boiling) water.  Yes, the marshmallowy goodness has been melted into my drink, so the flavor is conserved, but what of the texture?  The destination remains the same, with vastly different journeys.  And aren’t those as, or more, important?  I’d take this up with the company itself but it’s too busy being “neutral” to react to my confrontation.
